2. About Umzugsklar
Umzugsklar is a quote-request and moving-services intermediary platform.
The platform allows users to provide information about a planned move so that their requirements can be evaluated and, where appropriate, forwarded to one or more independent moving-company partners that may provide quotes or contact the user regarding the requested moving services.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Umzugsklar does not itself perform the moving services offered by independent moving-company partners.
Submitting a request through Umzugsklar does not itself constitute the purchase of moving services.
3. Using the Quote-Request Service
To request moving quotes or assistance through Umzugsklar, you may be asked to provide information such as:

7. No Obligation to Accept a Quote

Likewise, submitting a request does not guarantee that a moving company will:

- be available on the requested date; or
- accept the moving job.
Availability depends on the relevant moving-company partners and the details of your request.
8. User Responsibilities
When using Umzugsklar, you agree:

- not to impersonate another person;
- not to submit another person’s personal information without an appropriate basis or permission;
- not to submit fraudulent or fictitious quote requests;
- not to interfere with the operation or security of the website;
- not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, servers or connected systems;

- not to introduce malware or malicious code;
- not to use the platform for unlawful purposes; and
- not to misuse the contact details of moving companies or other parties obtained through the platform.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Umzugsklar website and its original content, branding, design, text, graphics, software and other materials are owned by or licensed to North Data GmbH and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
